17: Halloween? Cause of all the fun costuming. but not because of the weirdo evils some people turn it into over. It weirds me out sometime how dark some people become, even when decorating their houses. I’m like do you realize what you’re doing by putting death and decay arts and crafts up all over your house? So there was a time about 2 years ago when me and Drewbert were making up fake movies. We had been analyzing the design of movie posters and declared it’d be easy to make our own and so we went to making some. I made these five, and he made a few, including the true life heartbreaking story of my past as a homeless lesbian with a dog. (Ridiculous)

At the time we had access to Photos.com so I used a lot of photos from that site. You’ll see the models re-used a bunch, but that’s ok. right? I also was trying to be ridiculous as well with some of these.

I actually could touch these things up some to make them look a little more professional, but I think at the time I was just cranking them out as fast as I could. So it is time I make some more! First up is Otter-pup’s. Gonna be so cool. The idea in my head is awesome, I so hope I can pull it off.

The Trajan Files!  The reason I made this poster up is because “Trajan” is the name of the common font frequently used in movie posters.  I had to make at least one movie poster with this font! So I went for an x-files, mystery, thriller vibe with these two. Two versions. 

Wraith.   I loosely based this poster off of this slighty obscure cosmic Marvel character. I used the same girl and some other elements from “the Trajan Files” poster and just made the girl look different and more serious. 

Bro Dogs.   haha I should have named it something else, these guys don’t look THAT bro, but could be I guess. It was the simplest one. 

Sterling.   This is my indie film movie poster. It’s got the sundance award logo, a smarmy rave review, a vague quote about “life”, a skinny dude (always skinny dudes in indie films) and some artsyness in his shadow. I liked making this one. A modern day Jane Eyre? Euughh, no thanks. haha so indie.
